This image was created with 2 - 580 EXII and 1 - 580 EX flash. 

The main flash was set to manual at 1/4 power with a pocket wizard slave attached for triggering.

The fill light flash was set to manual at 1/4 power + 1/3rd with pocket wizard slave for triggering.

The backlight flash was set to manual 1/8th power with wide angle diffuser flipped down in front of the flash head and triggered by pocket wizard.  The diffuser gives it that wide soft look.  Now to use the pocket wizard on the 580 EX you will need a hot shoe adapter and a mini plug adapter.

The background was a twist flex unit 5x7 ft.
